- TEAM SHIRTS: Up to 17 Team Shirts. Must order by 3/11/19.
- PLAYOFFS: No Playoffs
- PRIZES: Championship Teams receive a Trophy, plus choice of Dri Fit Championship Shirts (Long Sleeve or Short Sleeve) or tickets to PLAYMOREPALOOZA 6
- REF FEES: $15 Per Game

- DIVIDED TEAM FEE: Requires 12 Players to be Invoiced
- DISCOUNTED EARLY RATE - Full Team Fee: From 2/4/19 through 2/10/19. Save $45 for Full Teams
- REGULAR RATE - Full Team Fee: From 2/11/19 through 3/4/19.
- LATE RATE - Full Team Fee: From 3/5/19 through 3/11/19. Adds $45 for Full Teams

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be honored although we do out best to accommodate all teams.
