- DIVIDED TEAM FEE: Requires 11 Players to be Invoiced
- DISCOUNTED EARLY RATE - Full Team Fee: From 02/03/20 through 02/09/20. Save $45 for Full Teams
- REGULAR RATE - Full Team Fee: From 02/10/20 through 03/02/20.
- LATE RATE - Full Team Fee: From 03/03/20 through 03/09/20. Adds $45 for Full Teams

Submitting a request does not guarantee that it will be honored although we do out best to accommodate all teams.
